- All products are sourced from FSSAI-registered processing units and comply with applicable food safety standards.
- Quality inspection is conducted before shipment; buyers may request a pre-shipment sample.
- Payment terms are mutually agreed upon before order confirmation (T/T, LC, or other negotiated terms).
- Orders are accepted subject to availability and seasonality of agricultural commodities.
- Packaging specifications, labeling, and branding requirements must be confirmed at the time of order.
- Krinish Exim ensures all required export documentation is accurate and submitted in a timely manner.
- Any disputes shall be resolved through mutual discussion; Indian jurisdiction applies.
